Kedric Mallory lives up to his name, The Closer. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and even more so, about home purchase negotiation. He was open and honest, which helped me stray away from overpriced homes and instead be patient for the RIGHT home. Kedric was able to answer all of my questions, made himself available to show me property listings, and has a network of contractors, electricians, etc. who can assist you with your home improvement questions/needs. After having a horrifying home buying experience in 2016, it was a pleasure to work with Kedric and his team. Once we were able to find the perfect home, the process was quick and easy. I have recommended The Closer to my network of peers, he truly gets the job done! I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

Kimberly really made shopping for a home a smooth experience. I can't say I made it easy for her! I was looking in one specific area with a price range that didn't fit. Kimberly never gave up and searched daily. When I wanted to give up, she remained positive and very sure that I would find a home. She was right!!
